5+ A DAY

5+A Day
All people around the world have to eat healthy vegetable and even yummy fruit. If you drink or eat too many sweet stuff you will grow big because you are putting a lot of weight on your self.People and I always eat healthy and drink lot of water.

people like to do fitness. Some people just sit down anywhere they like to sit and if you sit for 2 month you will get big and big. If you get force to eat junk food just say no thanks I will eat healthy and that is good.

5+a day mean you eat fruit every 5 days and you also eat vegetable every 2 days.

I love to eat healthy yummy.

    It is good that you have learnt about healthy eating and exercise. As well as eating 5 or more pieces of fruit and vegetables every day, we should also try to eat a rainbow, that is, eat fruit and vegetables of all different colours!
