I found this book very fun and interesting, the characters are explaining what they are going to do in the school holidays. A girl parent's have planned that they are going to a Mine-craft amusement park, the girl was so happy that her parents planned something good that she get to do in the holiday. The next they she went to school, she ask her friends "What are they doing in their school holidays", they said "I don't know". The girl was in total shocked, she didn't know what to do. 

This is book is very interesting, it's telling me that a girl has already planned her holidays with her parents, but her friends hasn't planned anything yet.

What do you think will happen next?.... 

Goosebumps, Horrorland

Goosebumps "Horrorland", 

I've read a Goosebumbs series that is about a group of friends getting haunted. They all went to a theme park called "Horror land", they we to frightened to go to the other theme park called "Panic park". They all went to Panic park, they were all scared to walk inside. They sawed a guy on the stage, he was all wearing black outfits that was very scary. One of the boys started to moan towards the dark black shadow named "The menace". Half of their friends got taken away by other black shadows, the Menace was telling them to hurry and take them away from his site. Some of them vanished and their friends we to terrified.

Can you hear that?

For reading my group Batten was reading a book called "Can you hear that", after reading the book we were doing a diagram that is based on "Sound waves", I've created my diagram about sound waves. I added some text on my diagram so you guys can understand what I've created.

Tech, cooking with Mrs Tuipulotu (Nachos)

On Friday half of the year 8's were doing cooking, we were cooking nacho's with Mrs Tuipulotu. We got a half onion and chop of the side of the onion, we dice the onion and fried it until it's brown. We add the mince and frayed it until it's cook too. After that we added tomato puree and bake bean into the fry pan, and last of all we serve it on the plate with the nacho chips and we ate it.

Mrs Tuipulotu said "Follow the instructions because you will forget".

How to make a dye flower

Us room 7 had done a artwork today, we made a flower with amazing look patterns on it. We made this flower so we can display on the wall, so I’m going to take you through the instruction of “how to make a dye flower”.

For this artwork you need:

1. A4 Paper
2. Pencil
3. Colouring crayons
4. Scissors
5. Dye

To start making your flower you will need to fold your a4 paper into quarters.

Draw your petals on the paper.

Trace the outline of you 4 petals using colouring crayons.

After tracing out you outline of your petals you need to draw any patterns on your petals, but make sure they are even.

Trace out all of your patterns with crayons. You can use 2-3 crayons to draw the outline.

You are done drawing and designing your flower, but you are not done yet. You need to paint dye all on you flower, and then put your flower to dry.

After it’s dry cut out the flower place it on a cardboard and it will look stunning.
