My marbles that I have named

I have 20 galaxy marbles. 10 of them are grey and the rest are white. They have different colours of spots like the rainbow.

I have 4 jumbo marbles. one is blue and the rest are red, whitish and half green and blue.

I have one big daddy v marbles. This is the biggest marble. It is green it have little cracks on it and that how it supposed to look like.

Marbles danger

If you bring big marbles and thrown the big marbles it will go in someone eyes and hurt them. I went on sumopaint and made my own drawing and screen shot it and use for my blogging. 

You can see someone getting hurt on the eyes with the marbles because someone chuck the marbles and went on his eyes.

Made up story about mall

Once there was two people walking their names were Tracey and Eric. Eric said to Tracey, “ We need to buy some food supplies”. Tracey and Eric rush to the mall before the mall closed down. They were there but there was suddenly a noise. The security man said on the loud-hailer, “ the mall is going to shut down in 20 minutes. So Tracey and Eric went in the elevator and Tracey was play with the buttons because the mall was closing down. Tracey ran out of the elevator when the elevator stop on level 3. Eric was running but after all he was not running because his shoes lace was tied around a big pole. Tracey said to Eric,” Let’s go to the food court” But when Tracey turned around he wasn't behind her. Eric was shouting to Tracey. Tracey didn't hear him because she thought that he was still in the elevator playing with the button. Eric saw some people going out and he said to some people, “can you please help me” but the people didn't help because they were too busy going through the door before the mall close down.

Tracey went to the food court but no one was there just the people that work there. The people said to Tracey, “ come here, come here” but the owner of the mall came and told the people to stop forcing Tracey to come to there food place. Tracey went to the sushi shop and brought sushi’s for her and Eric. Tracey ran to the car but she did not see Eric anywhere she just remember that Eric shoelaces was tied around the pole. She ran to him fast as she can and help him before the mall closed down and then they made it out just on time.

My best poem

I like to jump in the trampoline

I jump really high that I can see everyone

I am tall like my teacher

I can type fast but not really fast

I play fairly with my friends

And I have a lot of friends from school.

I have friends from school and we use to go to the same kindergarten. After we finish kindergarten we still known each other and we are bestie from school.

Exploring blogs

Today Room 7 has been looking at different class blogs to discover what the students from other school have learnt.

Cuboid I made

I enjoyed making the 3 dimensional shape that is a cuboid. Learning about 3 dimensional shapes and creating one was a lot of fun. Creases are important to make the folding sharp. I made a cuboid by cutting the outside line and folding it. 

My cuboid has 6 faces, 12 edges and 8 vertices. I made a box.
Boxes are made to hold or store things like putting my pencil, eraser, and stationary to be organized. Boxes are used for packaging.

Mrs Raj taught us how to measure and make a net to create a 3 dimensional shape.

I changed the ending of the story.

I hope you are going to enjoy reading my ending.

Once Claire finished her hockey game, she went with her mum and her hockey coach to have some burgers at the food court. But then Claire thought about being a netball player. So she asked her mum to sign her up for the netball programme. But once the hockey coach heard that she was going to go to a netball programme. The coach was going to see what was Claire doing at the programme. He sawed Claire playing and he said she is too good to play but once when she was on a break she sawed him in the elevator. She ran to the elevator but it was too late. She went to the hockey stadium and see if the coach was there but he was not there. Claire told the cleaner man where is coach and the cleaner said he left to go to the airport. She said why is he at the airport and the cleaner said he going to San Francisco and Claire left to go to the airport. She went to look for him but it was too late. She went to her science school but she was not doing anything in there she was just playing with her phone.

Character Description: My character is tall and he is 9 feet tall and he have long and spiky hair his hair is shiny and strong and he can left a double digger bus. He live in London, He have a beautiful hair and he is just 20 years old and he have no parents.

Eru’s choices will affect him for the rest of his life.
Agree	I agree with this statement because Eru’s is going to go and buried his arm with the mum in the backyard where Eru and mum lives.

Drugs and alcohol have dangerous side-effects
Disagree	Drugs and alcohol can kill you because if you drink too many alcohol you can get drunk and if you also get dizzy you don’t take drugs because it can overdose you and you can die.

People react differently in emergencies.
Disagree	When uncle came in the car screaming by on the cousin driveway and uncle told the cousin what have happen and the cousin was panicking because there was a car crash.

1. koro-I have a grandfather in Samoa and he is not old he is probably in his 40 century
2. overhear-I called my friend to come over here and he did not came over because he was busy
3. amputated-In the story uncle Eru arm got cut off and they are going to buried his arm
4. accident-It mean when you hit someone on accident and you did not meant to do that on purpose

What should Uncle Eru have done instead of driving off after his argument with Koro?

He should just told Koro nicely, not shouting at him because it will start to be in a big argument and it going to bigger and bigger.

A morale is a hidden meaning or purpose behind a story. What is the morale of this story?

You should not drink and drive because you might cause an accident in the car and you might die or be injured

Looking after our teeth

Today we went down to the hall for a 30 minutes assembly. There was a lady with a man and the man had two camera to record what we are learning at the dental health assembly. The ladies name was Cynthia and she was going to show us how to keep our teeth health.

How to keep our teeth health:

1. Eat healthy food and drink water
2. Floss your teeth and brush it gently
3. If you don’t have floss tell mum to buy a vegetable bag and boiled the bag for ten minutes with nothing inside and pull out the string and you can use it like a floss.
4. Don’t share your drink before you finish drinking because the person might not brush their teeth.
5. Did you know that coca-cola have 16 teaspoon of sugar and it the most sold item in the supermarket and it makes you fat.

Received a prize

Today I have received a prize from Mrs Raj. Last term Mrs Raj promise Glenbrae students that she is going to hand out prizes but for the people who will blog over the holidays. I was blogging and the total of my blogging was 18 over the holidays just in 2 weeks: what a good time. I got three prizes because I done the most blogging over the holidays. I got a tooth brush for my brother, a tennis ball so I can play with my family like handball, tennis or cricket and I also got a fire wise ruler that says get down get low and get out of the building.

Me and my sister

Here is me on the left and my sister on the right.

I have taken a photo of my sister but we do not look the same because I went on pizap and I took a photo of myself and created the wig, glasses, backgrounds, the ring and money. I was really creative because this was my first time going on pizap. I really was bored and I went on pizap.

Spending time with my family

Today I went with my mum and my rest of my family on a train ride down town so we can have lunch and do more stuff there. We went to the mall first to have lunch my aunty Winnie went and buy my cousin Amira a shopkins I told my mum to buy me burger king and she said yes. We went to the new park and there was two big slides but you take the stairs. After that we went for another train ride but we went in the tram for 10$. We went around a couple of time and we got off because they were closing down. 

Me my uncle and aunty Brittany went inside a fish and chip shop but you can choose your own fish so the people can cook it for you. We did not find any fish that was good but we went back to our next adventure. We went to this container room but it was open like your boot door. It was just for free but inside there was a piano for us to play on. There was singing note to play and learn what the words mean and that was awesome.

We went back home and my family came back with us to my house. We decide what to do tonight and I said we should go bowling and we all said yes. We went to bowling in my mum car. We just played at the time zone because we did not have time to play bowling. We went to burger king again after bowling I had the rodeo burger and that was so yummy. 

Conclusion: I had a great time with my family because we get spend time all together. The best time was all the things I have done today and I enjoyed my day today because I get to get anything and that was awesome.

Visit to Glen Innes Library

Today we went to the library in Glen Innes. We got drop off in a bus to get there. We were singing a song before we got to the library. We sang the Wheels on the bus goes round and round. We were singing to loud and I was getting so excited because I wanted to know what we are going to learn there in the library.

We went inside the library and there were people there. They introduce them self and they put us into two groups. We learned about how Tamaki makaurau was like back in the olden days. Auckland was all flat but it had forest and inside the forest there was several houses but across the river.

We were with Tipene and he was showing us how to protect our self with some stick. On the other side they were a different kind of things but they are trying to hurt us. We are not doing a real fight. 

We were almost finish but we got prizes but only if you get this question right. What is yellow and it like a phone:It a banana. I got a prize because I was being acting and I got a lot of stuff from them.

My season poem

Queen guards

In London there is a palace called Buckingham palace. There are a guards protecting the palace. The guard do not like people teasing them and they will say to the people or tourist "Make way for the Queen guard or they will put the gun in front of your face. The guards where a hat that is fuzzy and it like a top hat but they cover there face with it so the people don't see there face. The queens guard where a red clothes because it match the hat. I like to walk like them because I want to be the queen guard once when I grow up.
