What it means to be "Successful"

For me, successful means to try your best to finish your work, at least pressure yourself and try challenging thing. I try to challenge myself and put lots of effort towards my work, for me being able to put lots of effort towards my task i have to focus. If i keep on focusing more I would rather finish it on time or overdue. My goals is to at least receive all the awards at the end of 2020. I wanna be successful because I reckon that this would lead me far into life.

Democracy System in NZ

Image result for democracy

In New Zealand we have a democratic system of Government, this mean that people who are NZ citizen, 18+ years old are be able to vote for who will represent them in government. This happens every 3 years and we are able to vote for who will represent us. In NZ we have a house of representatives, it contains at least 120 seats for 120 MP (member of parliament) they would make important decision for our country.

I'm grateful to live in a democratic country because we have the freedom to choose who can govern our country.

Donova Janse Story of Migration

This is my model I made explains Donova Janse journey from South Africa to New Zealand. It's explaining his Push reasons and his pull reasons. He had a rough life in South Africa, so he decide to move from his place of origin to a country of destination. He didn't like the way he was getting treated in his country. He was going through challenging obstacles. He had a choice of career being a Rugby player for Springbok or being a teacher. He didn't have a chance to become one of those, so he decided to come to New Zealand to begin a good life.

The mid year of last year he came to Auckland, New Zealand. He brang his son with him for 6 months. He wanted to bring his whole family to New Zealand but it was to much obstacle to bring them into New Zealand. After his migration he had sad news that his father has passed away. Donova was sad and he had no choice but to stay in NZ. His son went back to Africa and Donova was sad that he was gone, Donovan is the only one in New Zealand out of his family.

He's having a good life as a teacher at Tamaki Primary, he just wants his family with him so he can be more happier.

Meeting with Client

Today we had a important meeting with our client "Mr Grunde". We had design which would be transfer to a white blank wall, the reason why we had a meeting with Mr Grunde because he has a class with a plain blank white wall outside his building. We showed him our design, he was looking through them and he liked the style of the font and also the images. He gave his opinion, he said "Use the KISS principal", (Keep, it simple, Stupid!)Mr Grunde was still looking through, he was giving us some feedback and we agreed with him. He was happy with the amount of effort we put into our work and he can't wait for our design.

Climate changes which is affecting Kiribati

Climate changes are really dangerous, this can cause lots of death and it will
affect people's island, country or land. In Kiribati there was a little boy that was
really fascinated of the waves, he realised that his family had no drinking water
, they were drinking water from a well which contains sea water. He then
notices that the waves were not fun and he is still afraid of the roaring waves.

Now let's get into business, people are forced to move out of their house due
to there house being destroyed by waves. They are adding more greenhouse
to warm up their island. Many people in Kiribati believes that they will stay in
Kiribati for learning, but they are asking the to move somewhere else.

My point of view is that they need to care of their land and be more cautious of
their residents, citizen and population. This is nonsense behaviour that they are
doing. I recommend that people should donate as much food product and
money to Kiribati so their land can be safe and more secure.
