Science Intensive (Making Chocolate)


Today we have been learning about the three states of matter (solid, liquid and gas) and the changes of matter. In this experiment we first got a paper foil so we can put the chocolate sauce onto it, the chocolate sauce was in a piping bag which we would squeeze until we make a shape with the chocolate sauce. This meant that the chocolate changed from a liquid to a solid. Then we left the chocolate to cool down into a hard chocolate. This meant that the chocolate changed from a liquid to a solid. After that we ate it and it tasted very nice and it just tasted like a normal chocolate.
